What better way to hillbilly the night (or day) away than with a party in the Wild Wild West? This great dress down American theme is ideal for the summer with plenty of proactive entertainment and dancing. An opportunity for you to don your dungarees, enjoy a barbecue, a dance and a drink with friends or colleagues. Go get ‘em Floyd.

ON ARRIVAL

Bordello & cowgirls meet & greet with a smile and an aperitif but who’s this, surely it can’t be, it is, it’s Clint Eastwood! World famous look-alike and performer Phil Novak portrays a most convincing Clint Eastwood and has been awarded the title “The Best in the World” by the Clint Eastwood Fan Club Magazine. Welcome to theme & designs Wild West themed event.

PROPS AND VENUE DECORATION

Giant cacti, grain sacks, barrels, cartwheels, chuck wagons, totem poles, tepee’s, rocks & boulders, presidential rosettes, flags, banners & bunting all collectively set the scene. A selection of large backdrops is available from stock along with a 3D saloon frontage, jail & sheriff’s office, a bank, livery stable and general store. Plenty of traditional signage is used alongside “Wanted” posters that can incorporate caricatures or pictures of staff, management or the guest of honour. Our saloon bar is assembled in 8’ sections with up to 32’ available.

HOSPITALITY

Matching gingham check table & buffet covers provide a rustic country appearance; galvanised pails filled with ice keep a selection of bottled beers chilled and storm lanterns provide a warming ambient glow. Other table dressing can include small sheaves of wheat or grain, miniature cacti, gold nuggets, horseshoes and clusters of dollar bills.

INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT

More hands on entertainment than you can shake a… er, well, um, er, a gun at! With all this, it’s more a case of will you make it to the end! We’ve got Tequila Slammer Girls who can launch probably the finest hangover you’ll ever encounter, a laser quick draw machine to test your reflexes (preferably before the slammers) a rodeo bull (most definitely before the slammers!) lasso cacti, cowpat & horseshoe throwing, a close up magician, (are you still with us?) a test of strength, pop gun range, the list goes on. My God, this is all pretty bizarre and unique material isn’t it? No good accountant’s party should be without it.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

Our resident “Honky Tonk & Stride” pianist faithfully recreates the bar room jangle of the 1850’s, then its time to grab your partners for a stomp from the swamp. Cajun or Blue Grass bands are the best choice for a traditional foot stampin’, straw suckin’ whoopin’ cowboy party. Complete with caller to guide the rookie barn dancer, they provide a lively fun atmosphere even if you’ve got two left feet! If your needs are more progressive then “The Sounds of The Blues Brothers” is a top act covering all the popular songs from the cult movie.
